The airline has already started ticket sales for this route on its website. Flights will operate until the end of October, twice a week \u2013 on Tuesdays and Saturdays.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is always exciting to launch new routes. Palanga is already a great destination, and we think that more Norwegians will discover the beautiful cities and towns, architecture and atmospheric surroundings in Palanga and the surrounding regions. We are also looking forward to welcoming Lithuanians on board on their way to discover Norway\u2019s west coast,\u201d said Magnus Thome Maursund, Chief Commercial Officer at Norwegian.<\/p>\n<p>It is also noted that Norwegian already operates regular flights from Palanga Airport to Norway\u2019s capital, Oslo.<\/p>\n<p>Bergen is the second-largest city in Norway, renowned for its unique landscape, fjords, UNESCO World Heritage-listed architecture, and cultural traditions. It is an important economic and transportation hub of the region, as well as a popular destination for travelers from across Europe.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe entire Scandinavian region is truly popular among Lithuanian travelers. We are seeing steadily growing demand for travel between Lithuania and Norway. We are delighted to be able, together with Norwegian, to offer the opportunity to conveniently reach Bergen directly from Palanga and in this way contribute even more to the development of air connectivity.
